We work best with founders who have product-market fit and are ready to grow — typically post-revenue businesses at the Seed to Series A stage. If you're earlier or later than that, we'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.

We scope every engagement based on what the work actually requires — not a one-size-fits-all retainer. After our initial conversation we'll put together a clear proposal with no surprises.
